Matthew Burns

In school, Matthew had a natural talent for numbers and problem solving but was unsure of his career path, until he studied an accounting subject in year 11.

After finishing year 12 he went straight to university to study a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at La Trobe University and began working at Strategem Tax & Accounting, where he then completed his three-year post-graduate course to become a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

Matthew is now a Senior Tax Accountant and helps small business owners streamline their compliance and is passionate about utilising software to create efficient processes and produce accurate data to frame conversations.
