Harrison Martin

Harrison enjoyed electronics as a subject throughout school and was not sure how to expand the interest into a pathway. When it came to selecting subjects for Year 11, Harrison’s English teacher suggested he consider electrical engineering as a future career. Harrison went on to complete a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Deakin University.

Harrison is now a controls and instrument engineer at Australian Turntables. In his role, he can interpret customer requirements, plan how to approach each task, design all the control systems and finally create or alter a program to allow the turntable to be operated correctly.
