Amelia Ruff

Milly had always nurtured a desire to help others but wasn't certain on what career pathway to pursue.

After completing her year 10 work experience at a local Kindergarten, Milly decided to run with her new found passion and entered Early Childhood Education. After completing year 12 she went straight to university to study a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. Following her degree she began working at Shine Bright EYM Milly, initially as an Early Childhood Educator in her first year, she then transitioned to become a Teacher, Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader the following year.

Milly is now an Early Years Advisor with Shine Bright and enjoys supporting other educators within the early education sector.
